The story
Led by a director of photography. Run like a studio.
Kodachrome Studios is led by Ankit Pareek, a director of photography who shoots fashion, jewellery and product for brands across India. It began the way most studios do - one photographer, a camera bag and clients who kept coming back.
What changed is what those clients asked for next. Not just the shoot, but the edit. Not just the photos, but the reels. Not just the content, but a plan for posting it. So the studio became a small team: a stylist who is a fashion designer by training, a content lead who turns a shoot day into a month of posts, and a technology co-founder who keeps the whole thing running.

How we think
Three things we won't compromise on.
Sell first, then art.
A beautiful frame that does not move product is a failed frame. Every shot list starts with where the image will live and what it has to do there.
Consistency over one-offs.
One great photo is luck. A grid, a catalogue or a campaign that holds together is craft - and it is what makes a brand look like a brand.
Fast, honest, on time.
Quotes in a day, selects on the shoot day, delivery on the date we said. If something slips, you hear it from us first.
